Position Title: Graphic Designer

  1. Objective:

The objective of this position is to design high-quality, visually appealing content that aligns with the brand identity of each of the companies under our group. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating materials for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand assets that resonate with our target audiences and reflect the unique characteristics of each business.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  • Branding & Visual Identity:
    • Develop and maintain brand guidelines for each company (Media, Logistics, Construction and Furniture) ensuring consistency across all platforms.
    • Design logos, color schemes, typography, and other brand elements as required.
    • Refresh and update brand materials periodically to ensure relevance and modernity.
  • Social Media Design:
    • Create engaging social media graphics, including but not limited to, posts, banners, infographics, and stories.
    • Collaborate with the social media team to create content that aligns with the marketing calendar and campaigns.
    • Develop content for different platforms (Website, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube).
  • Marketing & Promotional Materials:
    • Design print and digital materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and advertisements for various campaigns.
    • Develop visual content for website updates, email campaigns, and online ads.
    • Ensure that all marketing materials are on-brand, visually compelling, and effective in driving engagement.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Work closely with the marketing, content, and sales teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
    • Provide creative input in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall marketing strategy.
    • Ensure timely delivery of all design projects and proactively communicate any delays or challenges.
  1. Qualifications & Skills:
  • Educational Background:
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
    • Proven track record of creating compelling visual content for high-profile brands or organizations.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
    • Strong photography skills, including composition, lighting, and post-processing techniques.
    • Experience with other design tools like Canva, Figma, or Sketch is a plus.
    • Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a bonus.
    • Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for visual storytelling.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
  1. Deliverables:
  • High-quality social media graphics and posts designed and delivered in line with the content calendar.
  • Branding materials (logos, style guides, etc.) for all companies.
  • Marketing and promotional materials for both print and digital formats.
  • Timely completion of all assigned projects.
  1. Duration and Time Commitment:
  • This is a full-time position. The successful candidate will be expected to work 48 hours per week.
